5-8-2009 I have just started to create this
selection of Aurora rolling chassis car.
I have collected them for a long time and have about 250 in my
collection.
I do not know that much about them other than I love'em.
They come in 3 basic styles:
Cigar Box - colored plastic with either rubber or plastic tires,
these came in miniature "Cigar Boxes"
Speedline - metalized plastic with either rubber or plastic tires,
these came on blister cards
Speedsters - the final style which is very cheaply made and do not
have
windows or metal bases, these came on blister cards
Some of the plastic tires have silver paint spokes
I found these advertisements recently
There are track sets and accessories too plus carry cases and
display boxes
There is also a gift pack which included 12 cars which I have had
a few of but there is also a giant gift pack that had I think 24
cars. I saw that style only once and would really like to
get one someday.
